DMCA Policy for Bmx Tricks

Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on the Bmx Tricks website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may notify us by submitting a written notice containing the following information (as required by the DMCA):

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on the Bmx Tricks website was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:
- Identification of removed material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
