DMCA Policy for Bmx Tricks

Bmx Tricks is committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy outlines the procedures for copyright holders to notify us of alleged infringement and for users to file counter-notifications if their content has been mistakenly removed.

We take copyright infringement claims seriously and will promptly investigate all valid notices received.

Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on the Bmx Tricks website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may notify us by submitting a written notice containing the following information (as required by the DMCA):

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.

  5. Statement of accuracy and perjury: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Electronic or physical signature: An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the Bmx Tricks website was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  • Identification of removed material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • Statement of good faith belief: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Bmx Tricks may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Electronic or physical signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
